  • Payment-related info: billing address and payment confirmation details. (We do not intentionally store full card numbers; payments are processed by secure providers.)
  • Communications: messages, emails, chat logs, call notes, and form submissions.

B. Wellness & preference information (may be sensitive)
Because we specialize in wellness travel, you may choose to share information like dietary restrictions, allergies, accessibility needs, fitness preferences, or similar travel-relevant wellness preferences.

Please do not send medical records or highly sensitive medical details. If you share wellness-related details, you consent to our use of that information only to plan and deliver your requested travel services.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. We use Twilio to send messages on our behalf.

You can opt out of marketing emails any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails. Transactional messages (booking-related) may still be sent.
