3-night starter unforgetable itinerary

Day 1 — Arrive and exhale

  • Arrive, check in, and slow down.

  • If early check-in is available, the front desk will confirm it for us.

  • Take a gentle walk, notice the creek, the trees, the red rocks—let your nervous system learn a new rhythm.

Day 2 — Clear the path

  • Wake up with no alarms and enjoy a healthy breakfast at Cress on Oak Creek.

  • Morning: Mindful Movement (usually 8:30–9:30am). A soft reset for your body and your mind.

  • Midday: free time to breathe, journal, or simply look at the landscape and remember you’re allowed to rest.

  • Afternoon spa journey: Heal (Desert Flower Massage + Holistic Energy Work), about 2.5–3 hours.

  • Evening: dinner, quiet, and deep sleep—no rushing, no noise, just recovery.

Day 3 — Renew and open the heart

  • Breakfast, then your deeper restoration:

  • Spa journey: Revive (Deep Tissue Massage + Natural Radiance Facial + Customized Yoga), about 3.5–4 hours.

  • Late afternoon: Opening to Self Sound Healing (often 5:00–6:00pm). Let the sound carry what words can’t.

  • Night: Stargazing (often offered in a 2-hour window). Under Sedona’s dark skies, it’s easier to remember what truly matters.

Day 4 — See you soon

  • Enjoy your last slow morning.

  • Check-out is typically 11:00am (and if late check-out is available, we’ll request it for you).

  • Leave with something simple and real: calm, clarity, and a new way to come back to yourself.
